Scope
This policy applies to the public nexLCA website and its demo-request form. The signed-in platform, customer projects and third-party services may be governed by separate agreements and notices.
Information we process
When you submit a demo request, we process name, company, work email, phone, role, need, message, source path and supplied UTM data to respond and arrange follow-up.
Delivery and retention
The website does not retain form contents in its own database. Information is delivered to authorized teams through a configured business webhook; retention in the receiving system follows its business and compliance requirements.
Security and abuse prevention
The form uses basic controls including request-size limits, a hidden field and minimum completion time. No internet transmission can be guaranteed absolutely secure.

Contact support@nexlca.com to request access, correction or deletion. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and business-record obligations.
